SHIP Specification

An IP-based protocol for secure machine-to-machine communication in home automation and further domains. SHIP offers user-friendly and trustworthy device connection establishment. Communication security is in line with the Smart Meter Gateway HAN (Home Area Network) interface as described by the Federal Office for Information Security Germany (BSI) in TR-03109 Version 1.0.
