We’re delighted to announce our collaboration with ESMIG for Enlit Europe, a key event spotlighting Europe’s shift towards a decarbonised and digitalised energy system for the energy transition, taking place in Milan from 22-24 October.
This year, we’re taking part in live demonstration’s with ESMIG that showcases the exciting possibilities and advantages of using meter data by putting together an innovative interoperable, multi-vendor smart meter infrastructure that not only enables the collection of billing data but also facilitates smart meter-based grid management and the provision of real-time data for consumer-based applications.
The infrastructure is based on existing standards and shows a fully cloud-based interoperable solution for grid operators, energy suppliers and end-consumers.
Regardless of the scale of a smart meter roll-out, the vendors involved in this demonstration, including partners like Landis+Gyr, Cuculus, Netinium, Kamstrup, Wirepas, Logarex Smart Metering, Meter&Control and Telit Cinterion, demonstrate a fully interoperable, cloud-based AMI infrastructure in which various IT platforms work together to enable grid operators / energy suppliers to provide more accurate information, security and better service to their customers.
Date of live presentations: 22 and 23 October at 11:00 and 17:00
Location: ESMIG Pavilion, Hall 6, Stand 6.A122
